Terms of Service

timemachina.com is operated by inithouse.com s.r.o. (Czech Republic). These Terms govern your use of the service.

• You’re responsible for the security of the email and password you use to sign in.
• One account per person. We may terminate duplicates if they’re used to evade limits or bans.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent’s consent in your jurisdiction).

Don’t use <wordmark/> to:

• Generate sexual, hateful, or graphically violent imagery.
• Impersonate real people, especially living public figures.
• Submit prompts that infringe copyright (fictional characters, trademarked likenesses).
• Scrape, automate, or evade rate limits.
• Probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

We run automated text moderation on prompts, a vision review on every generated image, and an internal deny list. Requests that fail any check are rejected and may count against your daily quota.

You keep the rights to anything you submit (prompts, location requests). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content to operate the service.

Generated panoramas live on our public catalog. They’re tied to the year and place you requested and remain visible unless you contact us to remove them.

Free accounts get a daily allowance of travel requests (currently 10 per day for signed-in users, 3 per day for guests). Limits may change as costs evolve — we’ll announce changes at least 7 days in advance.

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. We don’t owe you compensation for outages or feature changes. Critical disruptions are posted on a status page once we publish one.

To the maximum extent allowed by Czech law, our liability for ordinary use of the service is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero). This doesn’t limit liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced at sign-in for at least 14 days. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Czech law. Disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic.
